Nice place. When we came we were the only ones there. The staff were very nice and very quick with our order. The amount we got was definitely worth the amount we paid. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be coming back with my family again.

We moved out of state. Rainbow cone has been our yearly summer tradition for the past 50+ years. Today we got to enjoy them while passing thru Illinois. Normally we go to Western Ave but we tried new Orland place. Absolutely delicious as always. Thank you Rainbow cone. Can't wait to celebrate 100 years soon.

The original rainbow cone with it's five different flavors blend so nicely together. I also tried the banana split which is very large. Prices are very reasonable and the décor is it very inviting?

My husband and daughter went to the Orland Park location the other day and thought they got baby cones when they ordered original. I suggested he take me today since it sounds good. Well, I had the same experience. It was the smallest rainbow cone I've seen. My daughter got chocolate, strawberry and orange sherbert and she ended up with a nut on it. My husband got pistachio discovered it was made with almonds. Not worth the money. What is going on Rainbow Cone??

Fun, yummy local business for 100 years. If it's hot outside eat inside otherwise it will melt before you can eat this huge portion of multi flavored ice cream.

WARNING: Do not order the baby rainbow cone if you want your money’s worth. I went today and ordered the baby because, well, frankly, I don’t like to eat a lot of sugar. I waited in line for maybe 10 minutes, which isn’t awful, but considering it’s just ice cream, maybe a bit long? I paid $4.71 total for the cone and it was really disappointing. Very small scoop of ice cream and I finished it in about a minute or so. Regardless, the ice cream was quite tasty and the pistachio especially had a nice mash of crunchy and soft texture. Go here if you want to be filled, not if you are looking to treat yourself to something small. UPDATE: I went back for a second time. This time the portion was much better. I got the single scoop blueberry pie ice cream. It was the same price as the baby cone, but more than double the ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and flavorful. Well done this time, Rainbow Cone. Way to make up from a disappointment!

My inner-child was so happy to experience a blast from the past! Timeless flavors and aesthetics. I felt like a kid again. Had the rainbow cone of course and it was better than I remember. Distinct flavors but together so good. Great place for all ages!

This place is something else. Officially the best ice cream I’ve ever had hands down. We have only gone to cold stone as our go to ice cream place and my daughter has officially stated that she doesn’t want ice cream from anywhere else but here ever again. We went yesterday and came back today. The service is also next level and so is the swiftness of getting through drive thru even if it looks like a long line. Very fast and efficient. We are permanent customers! Don’t walk, run here!
